During my time at Zaner-Bloser I was given the opportunity to design feature articles in the Super Magazine, which was part of the second grade Superkids reading program. The goal of these features was to have fun designs that were engaging for our young readers, and creatively aligned with the information found in the article. After developing the concept and mood board for each feature, I designing the spreads as well. The final designs included page layouts, title designs, infographics, illustrations and photo retouching. Here are three examples of final feature articles I designed.
