Zaner-Bloser Super Magazine Illustrated article

During my time at Zaner-Bloser I was given the opportunity to design feature articles in the Super Magazine, which was part of the second grade Superkids reading program. The goal of these features was to have fun designs that were engaging for our young readers, and creatively aligned with the information found in the article.

For this particular feature, the team wanted the spreads fully illustrated. I gathered reference images for each character, made a mood board, developed sketches and created the final illustrations.
